Taylor Momsen stars as Jennifer in Gus Van Sant's “Paranoid Park” for IFC Films. The Film, about a teenage skateborder whose life begins to fray after he is involved in the accidental death of a security guard, premiered to rave reviews in competition at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival.

Momsen will star in the highly anticipated CW show “Gossip Girl.” Momsen stars as Jenny Humphrey, the freshman from Soho who tries so hard to fit in with the wealthy kids from New York's Upper East side. “Gossip Girl” is premiering in September on Wednesday evenings at 9PM following “America's Next Top Model.”
Momsen will lend her voice to Disney and Spyglass Entertainment's live action/CGI film “Underdog” opposite Amy Adams, Jason Lee and Peter Dinklage and directed by Frederik Du Chau. The film is scheduled to be released on August 3, 2007.
Momsen made her breakthrough performance in Ron Howard's “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” opposite Jim Carrey for Imagine Entertainment and Universal Studios. The film grossed more than $340 millon worldwide. Momsen's other film credits include: Robert Rodriquez's “Spy Kids 2,” and Randall Wallace's “We Were Soldiers.”
Momsen was born in St. Louis, Missouri and currently resides in Maryland.
