Gein served as one of the inspirations for Norman Bates and Hitchcock’s film “Psycho,” Season 3 of the hit Netflix anthology will delve into how Gein’s crimes influenced the film and the novel upon which the film was based.

The feature is based on the 1982 Stephen King novel about totalitarian regime that uses violent game shows to placate the disenfranchised masses.
