Ridley Scott's fast-moving geopolitical thriller, “Body of Lies,” based on the novel of the same name by David Ignatius, offers an incisive up-to-the-moment, but dramatically uninvolving, view of the war on terrorism, as conducted by the U.S. on the ground and back home, in offices and homes, mostly via cell phones.
