The second feature from John Cameron Mitchell (HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH) follows an ensemble of artists through underground salons, therapy offices, and downtown apartments as they search for sexual liberation and personal satisfaction.

While the film has been widely unavailable for the last decade following its buzzy premiere at Cannes in 2006, it has retained an intrinsic link to the spirit of New York and is prime for reappraisal.
