Huntr/x took over Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show,” with the singing stars of Netflix’s smash “KPop Demon Hunters” making their late-night debut Tuesday for their first full live performance of the chart-topping single “Golden.”

The animated film was released on June 20, and by late August, it was the streamer’s most watched movie of all time, beating the previous title holder, “Red Notice,” with 236 million views.

In their interview with Fallon, the late-night host broke news to the trio that the film’s soundtrack had gone platinum, referencing the most recent Billboard 200 albums chart. “The KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack logged a second non-consecutive week at No. 1 in the latest tracking week.

Of the 102,000 equivalent album units earned in the latest tracking week, the record accumulated 117 million on-demand official streams.

In September, “Golden” made history by leading the Hot 100 for a fifth consecutive week, making it the longest-running No. 1 song by an animated act in the chart’s history.
