Command and Control: Robert Kenner’s Docu, Based on Eric Schlosser Book

Robert Kenner and Eric Schlosser’s documentary thriller, Command and Control, premiered at Tribeca Film Fest and will open in L.A. on September 30 at the Nuart Theatre.

A nightmare plays out at a Titan II missile complex in Arkansas in September 1980, when a worker accidentally drops a socket, puncturing the fuel tank of an intercontinental ballistic missile carrying the most powerful nuclear warhead in our arsenal.
This accident ignites a series of efforts to avoid a deadly explosion that would be 600 times more powerful than Hiroshima.
Directed by Robert Kenner (Food, Inc), and based on the book by Eric Schlosser (Fast Food Nation), Command and Control offers a detailed account of this long-hidden story.
