Set in a carnival, George Fitzmaurice’s romantic drama stars Douglas Fairbanks and Betty Compson, who was nominated for Best Actress.

With a long experience to her credit, Compson (and the industry) regarded her part as a comeback performance, and the nomination helped to revive her career for a brief time in such films as “The Docks of New York” with George Bancroft, and “Weary River” with Richard Bathelmes.
