Mirren’s breakout film, Age of Consent follows a successful New York artist (played by Mason), who returns home to Australia to rediscover what he loved about his art.
While there, he meets the wild, free, and young Cora (played by Helen Mirren).
Untamed, naive, and energetic, Mirren’s Cora becomes his artistic muse, and in the process drives the film’s exploration of freedom and art.
