The 2013 awards calendar is beginning to shape up with important datest.
The Directors Guild of America (DGA) has set its 65th Annual DGA Awards for January. 26 — a Saturday and similar to this year, when its ceremonies were on the final Saturday of January. The DGA hasn’t announced a venue yet.
The 2013 edition of the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) will be on the next day, Jan. 27, at the usual venue, the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center.
Next year’s SAG show will be simulcast live on TNT and TBS. This year’s simulcast was up 3% this year, with a total audience of more than 5.2 million viewers.
The Producers Guild of America has set its 24th awards show for January 19 at the Beverly Hilton, the same venue it used this year
