The feature adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic work hits theaters next year from Warner.

Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi appear in the teaser trailer for Emerald Fennell‘s Wuthering Heights, her third feature.

Based on author Emily Brontë’s classic novel of the same name, the film is set for theatrical release from Warner on Valentine’s Day, February 13, 2026.

Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes and Ewan Mitchell round out the cast.

“Do you want me to stop?” Elordi asks in the trailer, to which Robbie replies, “No.”

Robbie plays Catherine Earnshaw, while Elordi will portray Heathcliff. First published in 1847, the book centers on the tempestuous relationship between Catherine and Heathcliff that encompasses passion and revenge after they meet while living at the eponymous residence.

Wuthering Heights marks Fennell’s third collaboration with LuckyChap, which also produced Fennell’s previous films Promising Young Woman (2020) and Saltburn (2023).
Promising Young Woman was nominated for five Oscars, notching a win for Fennell’s screenplay.

There have been numerous screen adaptations of Wuthering Heights, including William Wyler’s 1939 version that starred Laurence Olivier and Merle Oberon and was nominated for best picture.
