That’s the nightmare faced by Jim, one of the protagonists of the animated satire Jim Queen, world premiering in the Cannes Film Fest Midnight lineup on Sunday.

The clip goes inside Jim’s fitness temple, depicting his routines, before offering a first glimpse of the potential horror threatening to tear down all the success and fame of the zero percent body fat life he has built over time.
