Celebrating Ozu (1903-1963): Record of a Tenement Gentleman and The Munekata Sisters–Two New Restorations of the Japanese Master (Cannes Classics 2023)

Cannes Classics will launch the celebration of Ozu, who was born in 1903 and who died in 1963.

The second part of the year will be placed under the sign of the Japanese director with two new restorations in world premiere.
