Cannes Film Fest 1974: Year 27–Coppola’s Noir Thriller, The Conversation, Wins Top Award

The 27th Cannes Film Fest was held on May 9 – 24, 1974.

The Palme d’Or went to Coppola’s noir thriller, The Conversation.

The festival opened with Fellini’s Amarcord, and closed with Irvin Kushner’s S*P*Y*S.
