Exhibiting Forgiveness: Titus Kaphar’s Tale of love and Attachment (Sundance Film Fest 2024)

Artist Titus Kaphar’s directorial debut feature offers a keen and insightful portrait of Black life.

The film is bolstered by André Holland as a painter who attempts to reconcile with his father (the John Earl Jelks) at the urging of his mother (Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor).

Living up to its title, Exhibiting Forgiveness deals with the tender themes of  family love and attachment.
