Oscar 2009: List of All Entries for Best Foreign Language Film

October 15, 2009—The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) has announced the 65 films submitted for the Best Foreign-Language Film Oscar.  The Oscar nominations will be announced on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, and the Oscar telecast will take place on Sunday, March 5.
