After satirizing the theater world (The Band Wagon) and Hollywood (Singin’in the Rain), the gifted team of Comden and Green tackled TV commercials in this nusical, co-directed by Gene Kelly and Stanley Donen.
Three WWII vets, Gene Kelly, Dan Dailey and Michael Kidd, reunite after a decade, only to realize how much is missing from their new lives.
There are some god dancing numbers, as the one that Kelly does on roller skates, and the two main women, Cyd Charisse and Dolores Gray have charm, but the movie as a whole is dull.
