One of Rock Hudson’s worst movies, A Fine Pair (original title Ruba al prossimo tuo), the Italian crime-comedy directed by Francesco Maselli, pairs him with Claudia Cardinale.

Our Grade: C- (*out of *****)
Hudson plays a New York policeman, who unintentionally helps a sexy female thief (Cardinale) who has planned to steal the jewels of an Austrian villa.
There is no chemistry between Hudson and Cardinale, and the scenario, which lacks any interesting (or secondary) characters, is neither funny nor suspensful.
The only satisfying element is Morricone’s reliable score.
