Max Rose: Lewis, Jerry–Double Bill at Cannes Film Fest

Jerry Lewis, King of Comedy in France and elsewhere in Europe, returns to Cannes Fest for a screening of Daniel Noah’s comedy Max Rose, starring himself, Claire Bloom, Kevin Pollak, Kerry Bishe and Mort Sahl.

Lewis stars as a recently widowed jazz pianist who has discovered that his marriage may have been a lie and embarks on an exploration of his own past.

Jerry Lewis’ 1961 comedy The Ladies Man will be screened in the Cannes Classics program.
