Vanessa Kirby (Princess Margaret on Netflix’s series The Crown) is moving onto the big screen.
The British actress will star opposite Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham in the Fast and Furious spinoff, Hobbs and Shaw.
David Leitch (Deadpool 2) will helm with Johnson and Statham reprising their roles of special agent Luke Hobbs and criminal mastermind Deckard Shaw, respectively. Kirby will play an MI-5 agent and Shaw’s sister.
Chris Morgan penned the script, whose details are vague, with production beginning this fall.
Johnson, Statham, and “Fast and Furious” producer Neal Moritz will produce.
