Harry Potter 5: Success

July 14, 2007–Warner's “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” made an estimated $25.8 million on Friday, pushing the film's cume to $88.4 million.

DreamWorks and Paramount's “Transformers” neared the $200 million mark in its second frame, making an estimated $10.8 million on Friday and upping the film's cume $197.8 million.

“Ratatouille” and “Live Free or Die Hard” also held up well heading into the weekend. Disney-Pixar's “Ratatouille” made $5.5 million in estimated Friday tickets sales for a new total of $130.5 million. “Live Free” made $3.2 million, pushing the actioner's total take to $95.2 million.
