Shock Waves: Diary of My Mind–French Tale of Comlex Teacher-Student Relationship

Made for Swiss TV, Ursula Meier’s fact-inspired drama, Shock Waves: Diary of My Mind, which world premiered at the 2018 Berlin Film Fest, centers on an unusual complex and intimate instructor-student relationship.

It tells the story of a French literature teacher forced to reexamine her teaching methods and responsibilities when one of her students commits double patricide and chooses to make her his confessor.

This moral drama is well performed by Fanny Ardant and Kacey Mottet Klein.
